Hope Foundation Academy

From the Principal’s desk:

The 7th June 2017

Hope Foundation academy was established in the year 2008, as a missionary project, in the memory of our beloved father (late) M Maisetbou, of Langmei village, Tamei sub division, Tamenglong district, Manipur. He was born on the 17th of July, 1938 and he met with a fatal road accident on the 20th of August 2004. His death was a great loss to his family and the community. He was a retired government teacher, an ex-village Authority Chairman and a church worker. He was a devoted social and religious person who worked with his heart and soul for the upliftment of his society. He was passionate for the healthy growth of the young generation and for the glory of God’s kingdom.

Hope Foundation Academy school is an English medium Institution with classes from KG 1 to Standard VII. The aim of the school is to impart quality education to orphans and poor, downtrodden children, who are lacking physically, mentally and spiritually. Endeavoring to promote all round growth for these children, the school has 10 teachers for the 100 students currently enrolled. Out of these, 25 students are either orphans or children of the poorest of the poor.

We are grateful to Eleazer Trust for their initiative and their big hearted gesture to take the 25 needy children under their tuition sponsorship scheme.

We thank you Eleazer Trust and we pray that God bless you in your noble work.
